Through a customized approach to training and consultation, Jane works with clients to improve productivity and workforce satisfaction. Jane has more than 25 years of leadership development, management and human resources experience in corporate and non-profit organizations.

Jane holds a B.A. in Psychology from Northwestern University and an M.A. in Business Administration/Human Resource Management from the University of Iowa. She is an instructor in the Nonprofit Management & Leadership program at the University of Missouri — St. Louis. Jane has memberships in the American Society of Training & Development, St. Louis Forum, FOCUS St. Louis, the Association for Psychological Type. She is frequently a guest speaker for industry groups.
